BIDAD (English title: OUTCRY) is a 2025 drama written, directed, and produced by Soheil Beiraghi. The film follows Seti, a young Generation Z woman with a powerful voice who dreams of sharing her music with the world. Facing strict societal restrictions that prevent women from performing in public, she turns the city streets into her stage and begins singing for passersby.
Her bold performances are recorded and shared online, quickly going viral and turning her into a symbol of defiance and hope for a new generation. The story explores themes of artistic freedom, personal courage, and the cost of refusing to stay silent. The film stars Sarvin Zabetian in the lead role, alongside Amir Jadidi, Leili Rashidi, and Ali Mollagholi Poor. It runs approximately 104 minutes and was independently produced.

Soheil Beiraghi is a filmmaker, writer, and producer known for bold, socially driven dramas that often center on complex female characters confronting issues of identity, power, and social constraints.
His previous feature films include I (Me) (2016), Cold Sweat (2018), and Popular (2020). With BIDAD, his fourth feature, Beiraghi wrote the screenplay, directed, produced, and co-edited the film while also handling production design. His work is recognized for focusing on strong, resilient women and for telling stories that challenge conventional boundaries.
